“Hospitality lighting” is a wide brief on paper — a hotel procurement list can span guestroom bedside lamps, a restaurant’s statement pendant cluster, a café’s bar-height shades and a grill-house’s heat-safe hanging lamps. KAHA builds for all four from the same three-layer construction: a powder-coated steel frame, a moulded ring, and a fabric skin wrapped and bonded by hand.

Fabric, matched to the room.
A boutique guestroom and a grill-house do not ask the same fabric to do the same job. Brushed linen carries a soft, diffuse light that suits a 4–5★ bedside lamp; Hội An silk with its woven motifs reads as spa or heritage lobby; taffeta’s fade-resistant, easy-clean weave is built for a hotel with many rooms and fast turnover; canvas and raw tussah stand up to a rustic grill-house or an open kitchen where a delicate silk would not last. We recommend the fabric once we know the room, not before.

One drawing, matched across every floor
Send an AutoCAD file, a sketch or a reference photo once. We redraw the shape and hold it as a mould, so room 101 and room 640 receive the same shade — not a close approximation.

Re-shade an existing frame
Where the steel frame is still sound, we re-coat it and re-skin it with new fabric — roughly 30-40% less than ordering new, with the same 12-month warranty.
A single sample carries no minimum at all, which is deliberate: most hospitality buyers want to hold the fabric and check the finish before committing a procurement budget to forty guestrooms or a whole dining room. Once a sample is approved, the same mould, the same fabric batch and the same powder-coat colour code follow the order through to the last piece — nothing is re-specified halfway through a rollout.

Renovation budgets
Keep a sound frame. Re-skin it instead.
Many renovation projects do not need a new fixture — the steel frame is still true, only the fabric has faded or torn. We strip it back, re-coat the frame and wrap it in new cloth, roughly 30-40% less than a new order, under the same 12-month warranty.
It is also how we handle custom lampshade requests where a hotel wants to keep a heritage fixture but refresh the fabric to a new brand colour or Pantone.

Yes — that is most of what we do. One approved drawing becomes a mould, and every piece across the order is built to it, so a 40-room floor or a multi-site restaurant chain receives a consistent shade, not a batch of near-matches.
Frames come in 28 powder-coat colours, and any of the nine fabrics can be dyed to a custom Pantone on request, so the same brand colour can be held across every site in a portfolio.
Fifty pieces for international orders, ten for projects inside Vietnam. There is no minimum for samples — we send fabric swatches and a sample shade first so your team can approve it in the hand.

We build for export — five-layer cartons with PE foam — and coordinate with your freight forwarder. To be direct: our international clients have so far specified KAHA for properties inside Vietnam, so an export order from you would be among our first, and we price and plan accordingly.
