We never ask a wholesale buyer to commit sight-unseen. Every enquiry starts with fabric swatches and a sample shade, at no minimum quantity. Once you approve the sample, the minimum production run is ten pieces for projects inside Vietnam, or fifty pieces for international orders.
Above the minimum, quantity is set by your project — a boutique hotel refit and a multi-site café rollout are quoted differently, but the sample-first process is the same for both.

How a wholesale order is packed.
Every wholesale shipment leaves in five-layer cartons with PE foam protection, sized to your quantity and packed to survive freight handling — not the single-item retail box a walk-in customer would get.
We work directly with your nominated freight forwarder to prepare documentation and schedule collection. To be straightforward: our international clients have so far specified KAHA for properties inside Vietnam, so an export order with you would be among our first — we price and plan the freight step accordingly rather than promising a fixed transit time we have not yet proven.
How Pricing Works
Why we quote, rather than publish a price list.
A per-piece price for a wholesale lampshade depends on which of the nine fabrics you choose, which of the eighteen shapes, the frame colour, and the quantity you commit to. A brushed-linen table shade at ten pieces and a Hội An silk pendant at two hundred pieces are simply not the same calculation, so a single published price list would either overstate or understate almost every real order.
What stays constant is the process: send your target quantity and specification, receive a quote within roughly 30 minutes, and confirm pricing against a sample before any production run is committed.

Pricing depends on fabric, shape and quantity, so we quote each order individually rather than publish a fixed price list. Send your target quantity on WhatsApp and we reply with a quote within 30 minutes.
Both. You can order an existing design as shown in the collection above, or submit your own drawing for a custom shade produced at wholesale quantity — the sample-first process is the same either way.
